Dedicated, Compassionate Caregivers
We believe that nursing care is a dedication to each individuals’ well-being and dignity. We actively seek out compassionate individuals who share this value. We provide our caregivers with additional memory care-specific training that equips them with the skill set to be present with and understanding of our Neighborhood residents who are at various stages in their journeys.
Daily Moments of Success
We learn each resident’s history, routines, likes, dislikes, hobbies, and passions, so we can develop personalized, ability-based programming to make the memory loss journey easier for the individual and their family alike. Whether they are a former building inspector who loves to review blueprints or a talented musician with a desire to perform, we have the resources to preserve their identity and purpose. We cater to our residents’ interests, providing opportunities for them to maintain their passions. Through the modification of beloved activities, we not only help to eliminate frustration but also foster the sense of belonging that is so crucial to your loved one's well-being and joy.
