ELK RIVER SENIOR LIVING IS OPEN DURING HWY 169 REDEFINE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Important Information for Visitors and Associates:

We understand the ongoing construction project on Hwy 169 between Hwy 101/Hwy 10 and 197th Ave. in Elk River may cause temporary delays for those visiting or working at our senior living community. Rest assured, access to our community will be maintained throughout the construction.

Local access to close at the Main St./Zane St./Line Ave./181st Ave. intersection, east of Hwy 169 in Elk River to reconstruct the intersection. Motorists to follow road signs along Twin Lakes Road between 179th St. and Line Ave. The access will reopen in mid-August. Hwy 169 work zone map: Late June to mid-August 2024

HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Traffic Delays: The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) anticipates delays due to lane reductions on Hwy 169.
• Plan Ahead: Construction will last from April 2022 to November 2024. We recommend allowing extra travel time for your visits and considering alternative routes, especially during peak travel times.
• Stay Informed: Sign up for MnDOT's email updates https://www.511mn.org/ to receive the latest information on traffic impacts and road closures.
